An experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner will help you in a caring and prompt manner. We coordinate with your doctors and guide you to advanced care if you need it

We offer rapid testing (results in 10-15 mins) for Flu, Covid, RSV, Strep and others

Additional PCR testing is available for many others including Pertussis (Whooping cough) and other pathogens that may cause pneumonia when necessary. 

  • RT-PCR RESULTS typically in 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/Holidays); covered by most insurances.

Same day treatment is available depending on clinical availability.

Our Charlotte walk-in clinic is conveniently located near the bustling intersection of Park Rd and Montford Drive, just minutes from the South Park Mall area. We serve the Madison Park Neighborhood and the Myers Park neighborhood.

    After extensive research trying to find a clinic in Charlotte to do our specific PCR test required for our trip back to Barbados we booked this at Carolina Express. The service was excellent - even during our panic when we were down to the wire with the results coming back. The girls were very understanding and helpful. A very pleasant experience.
