This services price list is only for customers who opt to pay cash for walk-in clinic services. Most major medical insurances may be used for the majority of our services and most bill at your PCP co-pay rate. Please contact us with questions.

” If you plan to pay cash for walk-in clinic services, please use the price list below as a guide. If you’re uninsured or prefer to pay out of pocket, we welcome cash, debit and credit cards.
If you want to use insurance but aren’t sure if you are covered, we recommend you contact the insurance company prior to your visit. This will ensure that the service you’re seeking is covered. Your payment responsibility may vary based on your insurance coverage, so please contact your insurance company with any questions.
Our charges vary based on the number of symptoms or conditions a patient has, and whether we provide more than one service. Most visits fall within the ranges provided but charges can exceed these ranges in more complex cases.
Lab test and additional follow up services may result in additional charges. Labs and tests cannot be purchased separately and are only performed as part of a standard visit.
