Adult Wellness Visits
Your annual physical is the most important appointment of the year. It’s an opportunity to catch potential issues early and discuss your health goals in a supportive, professional environment.
What’s Included
Our wellness physicals are thorough and data-driven. If you are a Self-Pay patient ($165), your visit includes a comprehensive physical exam plus the following essential laboratory screenings:
Complete Blood Count (CBC): Checks for anemia, infection, and white/red blood cell or platelet disorders.
Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP): Evaluates kidney and liver function, glucose levels, and electrolyte balance.
Lipid Panel: A complete cholesterol profile, including LDL, HDL, and Triglyceride metrics.
Hemoglobin A1C: The gold standard for screening for Diabetes and Pre-Diabetes.
Note: Depending on your age, medical history, and current health status, our providers may recommend additional lab tests or screenings to ensure the most accurate assessment of your health.
Prevention-First Healthcare

Self-Pay: For those without insurance or choosing to pay out-of-pocket, the cost is $165 (includes the labs listed above).

Appointment Required: Unfortunately, we cannot accept wellness visits as a “walk-in” service at this time. This is due to the specific provider availability required to complete these comprehensive exams.
